Easy Witchs Brew Halloween Punch – Best Spooky Party Drink

Halloween punch - featured image

A quick and easy Halloween punch that looks like a witch’s brew but tastes like a tropical vacation. Made with pineapple juice, lemonade, ginger ale, and lime sherbet, it’s ready in just five minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)
  • 4 cups lemonade (chilled)
  • 2 cups ginger ale (chilled)
  • 2 cups lime sherbet
  • 1 cup gummy worms (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Green food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill all your ingredients. About an hour before you plan to serve, put the pineapple juice, lemonade, and ginger ale in the refrigerator.
  2. In your punch bowl or cauldron, combine the chilled pineapple juice and lemonade. Stir gently with a large spoon.
  3. Pour in the ginger ale slowly to preserve the fizz. Stir once or twice, but do not overmix.
  4. Drop the gummy worms into the punch. They will sink to the bottom; if you want them to float, add them right before serving.
  5. Using an ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of lime sherbet onto the surface of the punch. Add 4 to 6 scoops for a large bowl.
  6. If you want a deeper green, add a drop or two of green food coloring and stir gently.
  7. Serve immediately. Ladle the punch into cups, making sure each serving gets a scoop of sherbet and a gummy worm or two.

Notes

Add the sherbet right before serving to prevent it from melting into a frothy mess. For a dairy-free version, use dairy-free lime sorbet. For an adult version, swap ginger ale for sparkling wine or vodka.
