  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapeños, chopped
  • 1 medium fresh jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until combined.
  4. Fold in 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, chopped pickled jalapeños, and minced fresh jalapeño.
  5. Stir in half of the crumbled bacon.
  6. Transfer mixture to a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  7. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and reserved bacon crumbles over the top.
